Oil and gas drilling fluid purification decanter centrifuge (LW series variable frequency centrifuge - double motor double frequency conversion type) is a large displacement model developed for high speed and large processing capacity. Designed as an integrated frame, easy to install and lift on site; It adopts explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, weatherproof and shock-absorbing treatment.

The frequency converter and other electrical components are installed in the flameproof cabinet. The flameproof cabinet is equipped with heating and ventilation system for field operation.

The screw push material of the equipment is driven by the planetary gear reducer, with mechanical and electrical overload protection device, which can realize the power transmission of low speed and large torque, and the equipment can start stably.

The equipment has single motor drive, frequency conversion double motor drive, hydraulic drive and other forms, which can be selected according to different situations of users.

The device is used for solid particles with diameters ≥2 μ. Suspension separation and disposal of drilling mud and liquid have high recovery rates and effective solid phase control. It can operate stably for a long time at a speed of 0-4000RPM, generating centrifugal forces up to 3180G. The solid control system is used in oil drilling (drilling fluid slurry), trenchless, coal-bed methane and other fields, to remove harmful fine solid particles such as rock debris from the mud, or to recover valuable weighting materials such as barite and save costs.

Treatment technology

Oilfield sludge treatment technology is mainly composed of decanter centrifuge, sludge pump, metering dosing pump, flocculant dosing equipment and shaftless screw conveyor. Flocculant is added to oily sludge solution, and the high molecular weight polyacrylamide solvent is prepared according to the water ratio of 1:260. When the oily sludge solution is added evenly and slowly, the suspended particles of oily sludge solution will lose stability and flocculant will be formed.

Under the dual action of centrifugal force and gravity, the flocculant will be separated from the oil-water phase and precipitated, thereby removing a large amount of mud, sand and colloids in the sludge liquid and stripping the crude oil from the surface of the sludge.

For efficient organic flocculants, different types of flocculants are selected according to the composition and properties of the sludge. When entering the decanter centrifuge to dehydrate the oil, they are added to the sludge liquid according to different proportions to improve the performance of the dehydrated oil of the sludge. When processing equipment, the combination of decanter sedimentation centrifuge and laminate centrifuge with high processing efficiency is selected.
